(TSX VENTURE:DRV)(LMA:DRV) ("Duran" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed the first tranche of its previously announced $500,000 non-brokered private placement financing (the "Offering"). The Offering consists of up to 16,666,666 units (each, a "Unit") at $0.03 per Unit for total gross proceeds of up to $500,000, subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company ("Common Share") and one half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant").
