MONTRÉAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - July 10, 2013) - Corporation Gold Treegenic ("Treegenic" or the "Corporation"), is seeking to raise up to $150,000 through the issue of a non-brokered private placement of units (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each Warrant will be exercisable at a price of $0.20 at any time within twelve (12) months from date of issue. A finder's fee may be issued to arm's length parties who introduce subscribers to the Corporation, and is payable in cash, shares, and / or warrants subject to compliance with applicable regulation. (the "Company" or "West Mountain") (TSX VENTURE:WMT) announces that it has entered into negotiations with Reignwood International Investment (Group) Company Limited ("Reignwood") in relation to a non-binding term sheet that sets out the basic terms and conditions of a proposed private placement (collectively, the "Proposed Private Placement").
