TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 9, 2012) - Organic Potash Corporation (CNSX:GOP) ("OPC" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has successfully closed the first tranche of its convertible debenture offering for gross proceeds of Two Hundred and Seventy Thousand Dollars ("$270,000.00") CDN.
