Patrick A. Galla, who earned an AAS Degree in Electronics from Bryant and Stratton College in 1985, began his career the following year with Strippit, Inc. progressing from machine installations to production, technical support, and then regional service manager.
Now the east region service manager with his current organization, which manufactures industrial lasers, Mr. Galla covers 24 states in the US, manages field service technicians, and makes sure that customers achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
"The simple strategy of treating employees and customers the way I want to be treated has allowed me to do my work with confidence along with pride in how I do my work every day," Mr. Galla said, who hopes to continue making a positive impact for both his company and their customers.
Having attended many seminars throughout his career from how to manage, work and communicate with employees and customers, as well as problem solving and time management strategies, Mr. Galla hopes to be able to look back and know that he has made a difference in his field.
Mr. Galla has worked with youth groups from his church that included students from grammar to high school. He enjoys music and singing in the church choir and spending quality time with his wife, children, and four grandchildren.
