TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 22, 2015) - CRS Electronics Inc. ("CRS" or the "Company"), (TSX VENTURE:LED), a developer and manufacturer of LED lighting products, announced it was placed on receivership on October 13, 2015 as a consequence of its previously announced default on its loan agreement with Divinci Private Debt Fund. The company's securities have been suspended and have been transferred to the NEX Board. |
