(TSX VENTURE:CYP)(OTCBB:CYDVF)(FRANKFURT:C1Z1) (the "Company") announces that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 4,166,667 units (the "Unit") at a price of $0.06 per unit to raise proceeds of up to $250,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant (the "Warrant").
