VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - May 29, 2015) - Cypress Development Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CYP)(OTC PINK:CYDVF)(FRANKFURT:C1Z1) (the "Company") announces that the Company intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units (the "Unit") at a price of $0.05 per unit to raise proceeds of up to $250,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant (the "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share for a period of five years at a price of $0.07 per share. |
