Danger Down Under: New Threats for Koalas |

In Australia, the natural habitat of koalas is shrinking as suburban sprawl takes over. Eucalyptus trees the animals need for food and shelter are being cut down for development as the human population moves into new areas. In Queensland, Australia, veterinarians at a wildlife hospital treat koalas that were hit by cars. We visit a koala sanctuary with activist Deborah Tabart.
