VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 25, 2013) - Defiance Silver Corp ("Defiance" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:DEF) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of up to 3,333,400 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $0.15 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. The Offering is subject to an overallotment option whereby the Company may increase the Offering by up to 50% depending on market demand. |
