A town in California that's no stranger to waterborne calamity has seen its harbor destroyed by the tsunami emanating from this morning's earthquake in Japan.Three different storm have devastated the boat basin of Crescent City, Calif., detaching boats from their docks and sending them floating freely into the sea. The city was also hit hard by a tsunami in 1960.
