TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 23, 2015) - Delrand Resources Limited (the "Company") (NEX:DRN.H)(JSE:DRN) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 9,000,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a price of $0.08 per Common Share for gross proceeds of up to $720,000 (the "Offering").
