Delray Securities has opened "Delray Mortgage Corp" with offices in Los Angeles, California and Boca Raton, Florida. Delray Mortgage Corp. will offer "bankable" residential and commercial mortgages in all fifty states along with portfolio spec and rehab loans to real estate professionals in major U.S. Markets. |

Boca Raton, Florida - Delray Securities has partnered with a Federally Chartered National Bank to launch "Delray Mortgage Corp". With operational offices in Los Angeles, California and Boca Raton, Florida, Delray Mortgage Corp will offer traditional bank level mortgage loans to consumers in all fifty states.
Along with the mortgage operations, Delray Securities will be expanding it Fixed Income Fund to include "Hard Money Loans" that will lend up to 75% Loan-to-value to real estate professionals looking to purchase and rehab residential properties or build ground up investment properties for sale.
