VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 3, 2011) - Digital Shelf Space Corp. (the "Company" or "DSS") (TSX VENTURE:DSS) is pleased to announce that the Company has granted, subject to regulatory and shareholder approval as applicable, effective June 1, 2011, a total of 710,000 incentive stock options to management, employees and consultants for the Company. The stock options are exercisable to acquire one common share of Digital Shelf Space at $0.22 per share and can be exercised until May 31, 2016. |
