VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 23, 2013) - Digital Shelf Space Corp. (the "Company" or "DSS") (TSX VENTURE:DSS) (OTCQX:DTSRF) announced today that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), the Company will consolidate all of its outstanding common shares on a five (5) for one (1) basis (the "Consolidation").
