Divestco Announces Short-Term Financing |

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Oct. 1, 2014) - Divestco Inc. ("Divestco" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:DVT) announces that it has entered into a short-term secured loan with Invico Diversified Income Fund ("IDIF") for $4.5 million, repayable March 31, 2015 (the "Invico Loan"). Proceeds of the loan have been used to retire existing senior indebtedness of $3 million, with the balance being used to augment working capital. IDIF is one of a number of funds managed by Calgary-based registered investment fund manager and portfolio manager Invico Capital Corporation. |
