Dublin based charity ALONE, has recently been awarded the ISO9001:2008 Quality Certification after C-technology successfully implemented a quality management system within the organisation. |

The Dublin based charity Alone was recently awarded the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification. C-technology Services implemented Alone's quality management system in October 2011.
Alone hope to create a continuous improvement culture within the organisation that would benefit all service users and stakeholders involved. Alone are among a growing number of charities implementing quality management systems.
The audit took place over 2 days during which time the following key services were assessed by the auditing team:
• Long Term Housing
• Supportive and Be-friending Service
• Supports in the community
Alone CEO, Sean Moynihan, stated that "the charity was delighted to achieve certification to this internationally recognised standard as it demonstrates to our service users and the wider community that we manage our services in a professional manner and that the needs and expectations of our service users are at the heart of everything we do". |
