DuSolo Secures 100% Interest in the Bomfim Project and Arranges Financing |

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sept. 12, 2014) - DuSolo Fertilizers Inc., (TSX VENTURE:DSF) (PINKSHEETS:ELGSF) (FRANKFURT:E6R) ("DuSolo" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a purchase agreement (the "Agreement") with Quantum Fertilizantes Do Tocantins Ltda. ("Quantum") to acquire the remaining 25% interest of the Bomfim property (the "Bomfim Project"); and that in parallel it has arranged a "part and parcel" private placement to fund the Agreement (the "Private Placement"). This Agreement and the Private Placement shall be closed concurrently (collectively the "Proposed Transaction"). The Proposed Transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. |
