VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Nov. 2, 2015) - Dynasty Metals & Mining Inc. ("Dynasty" or the "Company") (TSX:DMM)(OTCQX:DMMIF) announced today that it has reached agreement with investment funds managed by Vertex One Asset Management Inc. ("Vertex") to amend certain terms of the note purchase agreement dated June 22, 2015 (the "Note Agreement").
