TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 20, 2012) - EasyMed Services, Inc. (CNSX:EZM)(OTCBB:EMYSF)(MUN:EY6) (the "Company" or "EasyMed") is pleased to announce that further to its news release of December 10, 2012, it has closed a non-brokered private placement of 1,470,588 units ("Units") at a price of Cdn. $0.85 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to Cdn. $1,250,000 (the "Offering"). |
