TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 10, 2012) - EasyMed Services, Inc. (CNSX:EZM)(OTCBB:EMYSF)(MUN:EY6) (the "Company" or "EasyMed") announced today that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,470,588 units ("Units") at a price of CDN $0.85 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to CDN $1,250,000 (the "Offering").
