(TSX VENTURE:EGT)(OTCQB:EGTYF), ("Eguana", or the "Company"), a technology leader in power conversion and control systems for distributed energy storage, is pleased to announce that it has closed its second and final tranche of its previously announced brokered private placement ("Offering") of common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Common Shares"). In connection with the closing of the second tranche, the Company issued 1,834,000 Common Shares for gross proceeds of $220,080, which together with the proceeds from the first tranche of the Offering, resulted in the Company issuing an aggregate of 9,982,402 foraggregate gross proceeds of approximately $1.2 million. |
