VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 21, 2011) - ENCORE RENAISSANCE RESOURCES CORP. (TSX VENTURE:EZ) (FRANKFURT:OUH1) (PINKSHEETS:ERRCF) Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to 30,000,000 units (the "Units") of the Company at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (the "Warrants"), with each Warrant exercisable at $0.10 for a period of two years following the closing of the offering. Proceeds arising from the sale of the Units will be used for general working capital purposes. |
