Estrella Sets Subscription Price for Rights Offering |

BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA--(Marketwire - March 12, 2013) - Estrella International Energy Services Ltd. ("Estrella" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:EEN), announces that in connection with the preliminary long form rights offering prospectus ("Preliminary Prospectus") filed with the securities regulatory authorities in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario on February 21, 2013, the board of directors has fixed the subscription price for each common share offered in the rights offering at CDN$0.05 per share. In accordance with National Instrument 45-101 - Rights Offerings, the 20 day average closing price of the Common Shares on the TSXV was $0.057. Accordingly, the subscription price represents a 12% discount to the 20 day average closing price. |
