TRANSEARCH International (http://www.transearch.com/) is delighted to announce the launch of a new office in Bogota, Colombia.
Alejandro Rivas heads up the office. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, Alejandro worked with Mattel Toys as General Manager Colombia, successfully starting-up the subsidiary. He was subsequently appointed VP-General Manager of the Brazilian subsidiary where he led a successful turnaround of the business into one of the largest and most profitable subsidiaries of Mattel worldwide. Previously he managed the start-up of Duracell Colombia and was later promoted as General Manager for the Chilean, Bolivian and Peruvian cluster based in Santiago.
Rosa Maria Herrera and Juan Antonio Bustillo are Senior Client Partners in the Bogota Office. Rosa Maria has over 30 years' experience in executive search, handling successful search assignments in a vast number of industries within Venezuela, Colombia and other countries. Juan Antonio Bustillo specialises in board level assignments with specific focus on family owned companies: in their dynamics, transitions, and development of family protocols. He is considered as one of the pioneers of this practice in Latin America with over 35 years' experience.
