ROUYN-NORANDA, CANADA--(Marketwired - Aug. 16, 2013) - Explor Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EXS)(OTCQX:EXSFF)(FRANKFURT:E1H)(BERLIN:E1H) announces today that it has granted an aggregate of 9,000,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the Corporation pursuant to its stock option plan. These stock options are exercisable until August 16, 2018 at an exercise price of $0.10. This option grant is subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. |
