VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sept. 4, 2014) - Fairmont Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FMR) ("Fairmont") is pleased to announce that it has increased its previously announced private placement from 2 million units (the "Units") to a maximum of 3 million units at $0.15 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $450,000 (the "Private Placement").
