DENVER, COLORADO--(Marketwire - Oct. 14, 2011) - Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:FO) (the "Company") announces today that it has issued a total of 676,800 common shares in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") to employees as a bonus for services. Also today, the Company completed a private placement for a total of 660,900 Common Shares. Each Common Share was issued for a subscription price of $0.15 per Common Share. The full private placement was subscribed for by insiders of the Company.
