THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 28, 2016) - Family Memorials Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FAM) ("Family Memorials" or the "Corporation") announces that it has closed its non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of 3,400,000 Common Shares of the Corporation at a price of $0.05 per share, for gross proceeds of $170,000. The Common Shares are subject to a statutory four month hold period, which expires August 28, 2016. A finder's fee was paid in cash of 7 1/2% of the gross proceeds of the Private Placement. |
