WEST PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - November 18, 2013) - FastFunds Financial Corporation (OTCQB: FFFC) announced today that its majority owned subsidiary, Financiera Moderna, Inc., through its affiliated entity, has signed a contract with the insurance provider to offer Affordable Care Act compliant insurance plans. This agreement will provide for the marketing of an array of insurance plans through a variety of providers specifically addressing the needs of the Spanish speaking Texas consumer. The above agreement was previously reported in a press release of November 14, 2013, as a memorandum of understanding with the insurance provider, which has now been converted to an executed contract. |
