Former Marine Charles Dyer, who is part of a right wing group Oath Keepers that calls for an uprising is the target of an FBI manhunt ranging from Oklahoma to Florida. Dyer, of Duncan, Oklahoma., failed to appear in court on Monday, Aug. 15, on charges he raped a 7-year-old girl.
Sheriff Wayne McKinney of Stephens County, Okla., described him as a "Timothy McVeigh" like individual.
