The Investopedia Express podcast has been moving at monorail speed. Helmed by Investopedia.com's editor in chief, Caleb Silver, the popular finance podcast reached its milestone 100th episode recently. An avid music and hip hop fan, each episode Silver starts the show with his best freestyle about the topic of the show at hand. However this week for the centennial episode he featured Financial Literacy rapper, Dex McBean.
Dex has been making waves in both the Hip Hop and Finance communities spreading awareness about his upcoming Fin-Lit Rap album WeA.L.T.H. | WeAllLiveToHustle, which he touts as the First Financial Literacy hip hop album. Caleb was introduced to Dex after seeing a freestyle video he did about credit recently at the Roc Nation, Team Roc, United Justice Coalition Summit. Silver then invited McBean to feature on the podcast to freestyle the investment term of the week.
The Fin-Lit rapper says he will release a version of his 700 Hunna (C.R.E.D.I.T.) freestyle featuring the Investopedia Editor in Chief shortly as a prequel to the 2nd single from his forthcoming album.
