VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb. 8, 2017) - First Cobalt Corp. ("First Cobalt" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:FCC) is pleased to announce that due to strong institutional demand the Company has elected to increase the size of its previously announced private placement. The Company will now conduct a placement of up to 12,000,000 common shares, at a price of $0.50 per share, for gross proceeds of up to $6,000,000.
