FMX Ventures Closes Private Placement |

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 7, 2011) - FMX Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FXX.H) (the "Company") announced today that it has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement of common shares. The Company issued and sold today 1,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.20 per share raising gross proceeds of $200,000. The net proceeds from the placement are to be used by the Company to satisfy existing accounts payable and for general working capital. All securities issued under the private placement are subject to a 4-month hold period. |
