TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 13, 2015) - Forsys Metals Corp. (TSX:FSY)(FRANKFURT:F2T)(NAMIBIAN:FSY) ("Forsys" or the "Company") today reported that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") by issuing 15.34m units at $0.12 per unit for gross proceeds of $1.84m (CDN). |
