TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 9, 2012) - GC-Global Capital Corp. ("Global Capital") (TSX VENTURE:GDE.A) announces today that it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval of a non-brokered private placement of 1,333,332 subordinate voting shares at a price of $0.30 per share for total gross proceeds of $400,000. The proceeds of the financing will be used for general working capital purposes. The subordinate voting shares issued will be subject to a four-month hold period. |
