[HANOI - GDC Group has officially become a Corporate Partner within the Consulus Global Network. The partnership agreement was signed during the GDC 5T Conference held at the Vietnam National Convention Center, establishing a strategic framework to promote the Economy of Communion-an economic model that integrates profit with purpose-within Vietnam's construction industry.
As Vietnam pursues high-income status by 2045, traditional construction models prioritizing speed and cost prove inadequate against climate change, complex terrain, and cultural preservation demands. The GDC-Consulus partnership addresses this by embedding sustainability, credibility, and social impact across the entire project lifecycle-from ideation and planning to construction and operation.
