CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Aug. 16, 2012) - Giga Capital Corporation (the "Corporation")(TSX VENTURE:GIG.H), a capital pool company, announces further to its press release issued February 29, 2012 that it has entered into an agreement with Tongli Enterprises Development (HK) Company Ltd. ("Tongli") and Chang Li Holdings Ltd. ("Chang Li") pursuant to which the Share Purchase Agreement dated February 28, 2012 between the Corporation, Tongli and Chang Li has been terminated.
