Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers (GIHED) Property Show was inaugurated today by Shri Mohammad Arif Naseem Khan, Minister of Textiles, Minorities Development and AUKAF. Also present were Chief Guest - Hon. Smt. Varsha Eknath Gaikwad, Shri. Sachin Mohan Ahir (MOS), Minister of Housing, Urban land Ceiling, Industries, Environment; Shri Kripashankar Singh, President Mumbai Congress, MLA; Guest of Honour - Dr. Anil Kaushik, Ex. Dy. Mayor.
Mr. Suresh D. Patel, President, GIHED said, "I am happy to announce the 'GIHED PROPERTY SHOW 2011' in Mumbai .We wish to celebrate the true spirit of Ahmedabad (Gujarat) and its renewed status as the fastest growing city. To put forth to the industry player with great valued and benefits and providing them with immense business possibilities in real estate; GIHED every year conducts a Mega "GIHED PROPERTY SHOW" exposition. The property show aims at providing an interface for retail and institutional investors. It also provides them with a platform to interact with national and international financial institutes. GIHED members have been instrumental in bringing to India various international technologies with their trips to countries across the globe that benefits and provides them with immense business possibilities in real estate."
With an active Involvement of various government and private bodies, GIHED successfully represented Gujarat as a real estate hub by organizing 'GIHED (The Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers) Property Show on 10th & 11th September 2011 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon (E) - Mumbai. The main attraction of this property show was the participation of around 75 developers & showcasing of more than 500 properties from Ahmedabad - Gujarat. It connects with lakhs of people and provideed global exposure by organizing international technical tours for the upliftment of developers and thus preparing them for the international market. It laid emphasis on efficient construction, by focusing on perfect labor welfare activities. GIHED also organizes awards ceremony, every two years under the tag "GIHED AWARDS" to recognize the excellence of its developers.
Gujarat, since ages is proud of its rich heritage, culture and economic prosperity. Ahmedabad, the 7th largest city of India, has been the business and financial capital of Gujarat and is proliferating with no boundaries.
