VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 24, 2013) - Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GRV) announces it has arranged a non-brokered private placement unit offering ("Units") of 2,000,000 Units at a price of $1.00 per Unit raising gross proceeds of $2,000,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one non-transferable share purchase warrant at an exercise price of $2.00 per share for a period of one year from the closing date of the unit offering. |
