Golden Sun and Voyageur Provide Update on Qualifying Transaction |

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Feb. 29, 2016) - Golden Sun Capital Inc. (NEX:GST.H) ("Golden Sun" or the "Company"), is pleased to provide this update regarding its proposed qualifying transaction as detailed in its April 21, October 14 and December 21, 2015 press releases (the "Proposed Transaction"). The Company advises that there has been no material change to the information contained in its prior press releases and the Company and Voyageur Industrial Minerals Ltd. ("Voyageur") continue to work towards completing a pre-transaction financing which will provide the resulting issuer with adequate liquidity to initiate its business plan upon completion of the Proposed Transaction. Golden Sun will provide further updates with respect to the Proposed Transaction as more information becomes available, expected to be provided by no later than April 30, 2016. The Company and Voyageur are committed to pursuing completion of the Proposed Transaction as soon as practicable. |
