VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 4, 2012) - Goldstrike Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:GSR)(PINKSHEETS:APRAF)(FRANKFURT:KCG1) is pleased to announce that its non-brokered private placement announced on November 11, 2011 and December 16, 2011 completed on December 22, 2011, increasing slightly from the 2,418,000 shares previously announced to a total of 2,425,332 shares. The Company raised gross proceeds of $1,455,199.20 by issuing 2,325,332 flow-through shares at the price of $0.60 and 100,000 non-flow-through shares at the price of $0.60 each. |
