(TSX VENTURE:GSR)(PINKSHEETS:APRAF)(FRANKFURT:KCG1) is pleased to announce that it has secured equity financing from an institution in the amount of $1,300,000, in addition to the $1,700,000 financing which completed on February 19, 2013, bringing the total amount raised to $3,000,000.
