The Orlando Sentinel Media Group will host "A Better You Health Expo" at Sheraton Orlando in Maitland, Florida. This free one day event is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, from 10 am - 3 pm, and it will be run in part by Good2Go Event Management.
"A Better You Health Expo" is designed to promote healthy living as well as positive lifestyle choices and goals. Vendors, seminars, and special guests will provide insight and products to encourage active living, nutrition, fitness, stress management, holistic health, preventative care, beauty, and much more.
Good2Go Events, a leading event and logistics management firm, will serve as on-site management overseeing speaker management, vendor relations, and general coordination of activities.
