VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug. 20, 2015) - Graphite One Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GPH)(OTCQX:GPHOF) ("Graphite One" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") to raise gross proceeds of up to $500,000.
The Company plans to issue up to 6.25 million units (the "Units") at a price of C$0.08 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a purchase price of $0.10 per share on or before the date occurring 3 years following the Closing Date. |
