VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sept. 10, 2014) - Graphite One Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GPH)(OTCQX:GPHOF) ("Graphite One" or the "Company") is pleased to advise that it intends to close the second and final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement on or around September 22, 2014. Oversubscribed by $500,000, the gross proceeds including both this tranche and the first tranche that closed on August 27, 2014 is expected to total $4 million. |
