("GLK" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GLK)(OTC PINK:GLKIF)(FRANKFURT:8GL) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced private placement offering ("The Offering") for 3,253,570 FT Units for total gross proceeds to GLK of $229,750.
