TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 23, 2016) - Great Lakes Graphite Inc. ("GLK" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GLK)(OTC PINK:GLKIF)(FRANKFURT:8GL) wishes to announce a new non-brokered private placement offering. The private placement will consist of an offering of up to 8,820,000 Flow-through shares at a price of $CDN 0.085 per share, for gross proceeds of up to $CDN 750,000. |
