OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 18, 2011) - Green Swan Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GSW.H) ("Green Swan"), a Capital Pool Company, is pleased to announce it has closed its previously announced private offering of 715,000 common shares for a net aggregate amount of $50,050.
