("Green Swan") (TSX VENTURE:GSW.H) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated December 30, 2011, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") has granted final acceptance and issued its Final Exchange Bulletin on January 13, 2012 for the Corporation's acquisition of an option to acquire up to a 70% interest in certain mining claims of Melkior Resources Inc. ("Melkior") (the "Qualifying Transaction"). |
