TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 4, 2016) - Griffin Skye Corporation (NEX:GRS.H) ("Griffin Skye") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a share purchase agreement (the "Agreement") dated July 29, 2016 with the shareholders of Associated National Brokerage Inc. ("ANB"), a corporation existing under the laws of Ontario, which outlines the general terms and conditions pursuant to which Griffin Skye will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of ANB (the "Transaction"). |
